Yes. You can reprint the return label from the original email we sent you.

Once your unit is received, a refund will be issued for the original price minus shipping costs (both original and return shipping). Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account. Keep your return shipment receipt until processing is complete.

You may cancel your membership within 30 days of receiving your device for a full refund minus shipping costs. After 30 days, you may still return the Aletheia Sensor, Charger, and Belt, but you will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellation after 30 days takes effect at the end of your current subscription term.
